Absolutely useless is an understatement! Do NOTTTT buy from any company that use XDP! I ordered chest of drawers and they have made about 8 attempts to deliver it on dates and times I've stated no one will be home. I keep asking the company I purchased from to tell XDP to leave it in the porch or with a neighbour which they won't do for some reason?! Also out of the 8 times - FOUR times they have gone to the wrong address, all different addresses! I emailed them about three weeks ago and never heard anything back and they have no contact number. They are absolutely useless which is a shame as the drawers were lovely but lord knows I won't be ordering from that company again as they're for some reason using XDP! Terrible, awful, unprofessional and pointless delivery company. Absolute shambles.
