Had my goods since 23rd January. No updated on the App and no one ever seems to be available on the chat function.
i left a review on Trust pilot, they replied saying they were sorry for the delay and that my parcel would arrive the next day (1st Feb)...Absolute lies as they still haven't delivered and its the 6th Feb!! So disappointing that suppliers are using this courier. USELESS.
