Absolutely disgusting service DO NOT ORDER from this company! To call them Pathetic is the understatement of the century! Ordered a mattress never turned up for over 2 weeks as they could not find it, ordered a new mattress - if I knew they would use this company again I wouldn’t have ordered! Said it would come on a certain day which it did not so wanted to cancel was assured it would not be delivered and they did and let my little brother accept it!! Tried to arrange a return so far FIVE times! Still no sign of them on all the days arranged - they have sent an email link to book for a pick up, the link sends you to a website that is not mobile friendly and only shows you half the screen - you cannot move the screen at all so therefore cannot book a return, never again.
