Totally useless delivery company, the chat function is just there as a box ticking event to satisfy auditors, it doesn’t actually work,
Greenhouse should have been delivered yesterday but not loaded at warehouse, then told it would be delivered today….nope!
I will let you know if it arrives but will ask TJHughes to send again using a normal carrier like DHL UPD or Mickey Mouse’s push bike
