Worst ever. Chat took 30 to 40 minutes on 2 occasions for someone to answer.
Gives a 2 hour slot about 2 hours before.
Told me they would deliver the next day when after I told them I would be in all day that day.
Had to contact them that day to ask what was happening and they told me it would be the next day when I wouldn't be there. You can't make it up!!!
