Unable to contact them to arrange or discuss delivery. Chat kept closing down as they were busy no one answered then said customer inactivity. No communication possible at any point. Today, no warning, apparently package was being delivered. They then delivered 3 large boxes up the road to a shop on a different road, even though they had the right one, I checked, & I've had to make 2 journeys to retrieve them on my own, one of which was really heavy. Absolutely shockingly bad service!!!!!
