This company are hopeless and totally customer UNfriendly! A simple task of delivering a door from Wickes to a city address. Updates on the day said they were on their way, a delivery slot between 14.21-16.21 but never arrived. Tracking says delivered and a photo of a hedge which is nowhere near our property as proof. Later on the tracking says returned to depot as unable to deliver. Now no sign of the door and wickes don’t have any more in stock so unable to finish the job!! I copy / paste the consignment number into the XDP app to make a complaint but it now doesn’t recognise the consignment number. Absolutely hopeless!! Avoid XDP at all costs!!
