XDP driver did a delivery at my place on Tuesday 18/06/2024.
I had already indicated where to keep the delivery in a safe place. However, the driver did keep it in another safe place. He just dropped it though the fence gate and I received a damaged item , ordered from The Range. I tried to contact The Range for a refund but in vain .
Who is going to compensate for the damaged item I received and for which I have paid a huge sum?
