If I could give zero stars I would! 1st collection date scheduled - driver doesn't turn up. After contacting the company I'm told he attempted collection but I wasn't home. I stayed home all day - not just for the 3hr time slot given. Also I have a ring doorbell and proof he did not attempt collection. 2nd collection date - again driver does not attempt to collect after I stay in all day to wait. 3rd collection date today- yet again he's a no show. Parcel due to be collected is a £70 return. Fortunately the seller was very understanding of my frustration and has issued me a refund without returning the item due to XDPs incompetence. Literally the worst courier comply I have ever experienced - and I used to work for Evri!
