I have been waiting 12 days for my order. I ordered through the BQ website. I have reached out multiple times through the chat, email to try to get my order.
The company does not even know if the product is in their warehouse.
The tracking service is useless. Has not been updated since the 16 of August.
I cannot speak to a supervisor and the chat was closed when I asked for the search request email.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON BQ WITH THIS COMPANY.
