The first package I received was damaged (1 hole in the box), which caused damage to the goods inside. The company I placed the order with confirmed that it was damaged in transit and sent me a replacement. The replacement was delivered and had even more significant damage to the packaging (a total of 6 holes/tears in the box, some of which measured up to 6" and were all over the large box (ie. not in one place)). Again, this caused damage to the goods inside. When questioned, the driver said he had hit his head on the box. Once again, the supplier confirmed in writing that this was caused during transit. All in all, not a good experience.
