Terrible company- from reading the reviews- big companies like Wayfair, B&Q and Debenhams need to stop using this useless service all together. I ordered by husband a recliner to help his bad back- Only to have one delivery driver turn up with no safety or assistive equipment and ask my husband to help him get the box in. Driver was miserable and offered no explanation as to this incredibly unsafe and frankly stupid practice. Avoid this company with a 10ft barge pole.
