An absolute disgrace. Was told my delivery window today was 18.02 to 20.02 so feared the worst.
True enough “Brian” then called at 20.10 to say he was 10 mins away (having used the tracking service he went to East Lothian driving right past my street). At 20.25 I then get a lazy email to say my item could not be left and to rearrange delivery.
I’ve sent an email of complaint and will also be calling very tomorrow to complain.
Under no circumstances use this company or one who use them as delivery option.
