Worse collection company I have ever dealt with
I had received a mirror which was the wrong one so XDP were used by the company to return it. I received two emails saying XDP are coming to collect my delivery. One on the 29th November saying someone was coming 2pm-5pm and no one turned up. I received another one today saying someone was coming between 7.18am-10.18am and once again no one has turned up. I have emailed and called with no response and it's an absolute joke. Would have given 0 stars if I could have.
