This is week 7 of waiting for a delivery. The tracking says they will deliver at a certain time and they NEVER do! I am now awaiting the second despatch, as the first eventually became too damaged to deliver as it was passed around the depots and was sent back to the supplier, who now have to claim compensation. You are a DELIVERY company - just DELIVER. Absolutely dismally useless, the worst delivery company I have ever experienced.
