Absolutely unbelievable lack of professionalism.
I'm trying to get my package over a week. Send them two emails, spoke to three different people from service. They cannot accept the fact that I'm working, and keep trying to deliver when I'm not at home.
Today I was assured that the courier will be at later hours. To my surprise I found notice on my doors that he was early. After contracting office, they said that he return to me after finishing with the other deliveries, about 5/6pm. Nobody came, called, nothing. Ridiculous. I'm going to cancel the order.
