Who on earth leaves an expensive parcel on a Public Footpath outside a random door (not the intended delivery address) and then does not let the person know there parcel is outside!!
...and Surprise Surprise, the parcel went missing..
Did Customer Care help?....nah, they just said report it as stolen and then closed the chat!
