No stars is too many. My item is days late, you can't speak to anyone there only via live chat and when you ask where your parcel is on the chat they end the chat. Two days later i get a response saying it's at the wrong depot and then I get told it will be with me today. When I track my parcel the driver has took a picture of some rundown house saying I refused delivery ??? unbelievable poor service and company
