Pathetic lies and contact messages claiming that my delivery will be next and then one day PRECEDED by a message that said the driver had attempted delivery (must be the invisible man as CCTV did not show anything) and the following day again text claiming my delivery is next, followed a minute later by a message saying that they couldn't find the address!
