Had email yesterday to say my delivery was due between 6:58 and 8:58. No delivery arrived. Checked this morning on the pointless app and it’s still due for delivery. Phone number is a recorded message saying “we can’t help by phone, use the app.
As the app does not update and the phone line is just as useless, XDP do not have any form of customer service or tracking.
Worst courier company I have ever had the misfortune of being involved with.
