Extremely disappointed with XDP. My parcel (Tracking: 4B069AA81882) was scheduled for delivery on May 26, with a time slot of 12:20–14:20. The driver finally showed up over 3 hours late at 17:30, but even worse — the parcel wasn't in the van.
I was then told it required a two-man delivery, even though the website clearly stated one-man delivery. No updates were given, no explanation, and no accountability.
This completely ruined my bank holiday, caused unnecessary stress, and I've had no meaningful help from customer support despite multiple attempts. I've had to escalate the complaint to senior management directly.
Unreliable, unprofessional, and no communication. I would avoid using this service again.
