£500 TV DAMAGED ON DELIVERY. No communication from XDP, the driver left the TV at the door on its end, and got back in the van; luckily, someone was home. When opening the box, it was clear it had been damaged in transport as the screen was shattered.
Organised a return for today said they would email me the morning of with a time and no email of any sort. Their website is automated so you can't even request to speak to someone.
Terrible service.
