The parcel was delivered to a random address on a different road and with a different postcode, which I suspect was because the driver was too lazy to make the delivery. I only know this because I found a photo on their buggy app which frequently crashed.
I tried contacting XDP via their chat app because they don't list a phone number but after an hour there was no answer, so I emailed. Four days later, I'm still awaiting a response.
