I was told that I would receive my parcel between 2:05 and 4:05, after taking the afternoon off and waiting in all day there was no attempt of delivery. I tried phoning the contact number on the text message that I received however the line was dead so I emailed the company. It took them half a day to reply to my email. They did not even apologies for the inconvenience they just asked when would be best for re-attempted delivery. I replied straight away and told them I wanted the delivery by 5pm that day, it took them over 3 hours to reply informing me that my parcel had not been put out for delivery.
The best thing to do is ATTEMPT to deliver it when you say you are going to, the next best thing to do is apologies and update the customer rather than them forcing an apology from you if you have been unable to deliver it when you said you would. Also, I would advise giving customers a phone number that works or is answered as by the looks of your other reviews this is not a first.
