The tracking system stated the parcel was delivered 2 days ago and since then I'm been trying to contact XDP Customer Service, the depot and still nobody has been able to tell me what has happend to my parcel.
The depot person I spoke to, Kieran, was very rude and unable to give me any answer. He even said that the driver (James) is coming to my address to check if he left the item in the right place. Incompetency to best expression.
Worst courier ever.
