Our driver had an extremely poor attitude and was quite aggressive, even attempting to force his way back into my property after a disagreement about how he had damaged one of the parcels when he slammed it down onto the floor in my house. He damaged my front door in an aggressive rage to get a signature and when I told him I wanted to check the parcel for damage before signing he stormed off without a signature. He verbally abused me and was threatening in his behaviour.
I made a complaint to XDP about the experience and received no response.
Since then I have waited for two further deliveries and collection of the damaged parcel, only to see him turn up to my property, sit in his van then drive off again.
After speaking to XDP's customer service team it appears that I have been placed on their blacklist and been told that no deliveries will be made from the XDP to my address again. I have asked to find a resolution to this situation but so far only been told that I should receive a callback at some point.
