Rubbish courier company - unable to leave an alternative contact number for delivery as being delivered to a block of flats rather than a house. A message left on their answerphone was unanswered. When the delivery was made, a corner of the brand new mattress was soiled and a complaint had to be made to the retailer. Also, a bulky item (not extremely heavy) and I was told that they didn't do stairs so I had to carry it up a flight of stairs myself. Not happy with my experience of this company - do not recommend at all!
