I have waited in all day today for my parcel which hasn’t arrived 😡 I was told between 11.30 and 1.30, my husband rang customer services and was told they had tracked the driver down and he was only about a 20 minute drive away from us so he was in the area and that was at 2.30. I was told I would be rung on my mobile by the driver and he would be ringing with an apology, guess what no phone call either. Absolutely useless. Will never ever use this company again.
