Was informed item would arrive on Thursday as purchased on Wednesday with next day delivery. So took annual holiday. Received email saying goods out for delivery and would arrive between 13:09 and 15:09. Item never arrived, email local depot twice for update, nothing back, then had to cancel evening out, emailed customer service. It is now 19:59. No delivery and no response to any attempt to get an update. Thus so far one days holiday down and a ruined evening. Still no idea what is happening. All this after paying for a service that was not delivered. Why do retailers use such a company when there are others far better. Will probably refuse goods and buy on amazon with prime next day delivery as usually very good.
