This company are a total JOKE !! It has taken then to deliver my parcel and even though I cancelled the order due to non delivery I have arrived home to find a somewhat battered box as been dumped on my doorstep The Tracking number for this is ZWASHM016330001. This is only the 2nd time I have had dealings with XDP but it will certainly be the last. In future I will check who the carrier is and in the event that it is XDP I WILL NOT !!!! place the order. How on earth this franchise service stays in business is totally beyond me.
