Absolutely appalling delivery company. Waiting for a part to be delivered for a bed, still waiting....... Provide you with a tracking service, have had two windows for delivery now on consecutive days, still no parcel!!! Supposed to call you ahead of delivery, not a peep. Call 0843 number which puts you into a holding pattern and then gets you to leave a message which of course is never returned (I suspect this is just a ploy to earn from their premium number), Tracker gives you an email for the depot for your parcel. Emailed, and you guessed it, nothing. Avoid them like the plague.
