waited in for delivery, allocated time was 2 hour slot. But, waited all day and was emailed that I was out and delivery would have to be rebooked and a contact phone number which was a tesco mobile answer service....no one returned my call.
Anyway I was in and they lied. next day contacted the product supplier and sent them the email...they investigated and were told that the van broke down...we concluded that was a lie... the supplier contacted xdp to find out when delivery would be....2 hour time slot and they were 1/2 hour late...the conclusion is if you got nothing better to do than stay at home and get frustrated and lied to then buy something online and make sure xdp are the courier....oh! you will not get an apology from the supplier or xdp..even though it cost time and money chasing the b......s
