Had a delivery of 3 boxes for a flat pack bed due on a Thursday, for some reason they only delivered 2 boxes and had to wait till the following Monday for the last box. To top it off I asked to be contacted 10min before the delivery is due so I can get home from work to collect the last box and I get a call saying they are at my front door!
I will be sending a letter to the furniture manufacturer, they are being let down by a shoddy delivery service and if they insist on using this company I will have to reconsider buying any further furniture from them.
