Waited in all day for a tracked delivery time given of 10.05 AM to 12.05 PM. Item never arrived and no update or explanation. Tried phoning customer services on six occasions and phone goes dead after the usual press 2 press 3 run around or just not answered. I was never able to actually speak to a person. How is this company still in business?
