Don’t trust their ETA - I waited for their 2 hour time slot, and another hour and a bit afterwards.
‘Tracking service’ is terrible - the last update they give you is when they send a text to give you a time slot and they don’t bother texting/calling/emailing to let me know they weren’t going to make that.
They also don’t have insurance to deliver to your front door (only the first entrance point), so if you live in a block of flats and you’re ordering a large item, make sure you’ve got someone that can help you lift boxes that take two people.
Wayfair use this delivery company and if they want to continue their business as they do, they need to find a better, more reliable service that can deliver what you’ve ordered appropriately. We won’t be ordering with them again because of this!
