Where to start
Driver lied by stating failed delivery (twice): no delivery notes and besides we were in both of those days
Driver then arrived few days later but without parcel
Some days later no word
Called all numbers and emailed. No response and numbers just rang out and emails remain unanswered
Driver spoke no English and was rude and unprofessional
Still waiting for my parcel 6 days later
I had no idea that cowboy courier companies like this were still in business
