Tracking is a joke. They use generic terms to describe where your parcel is. It's now 18:28 and still no delivery. Customer service nbr is 7p per minute. I am half expecting my parcel to be delivered by a monkey as it seems that this company is being run by a bunch of incapable monkeys (no offence to monkeys that don't work for XDP). My parcel should have been delivered last Wednesday!! 5 days late and counting.
