Absolutely shocking..... order placed with ALDI, and confirmed delivery date email received. However on day delivery due-no item received. Rang XDP who stated it was ALDIs fault as they did not confirm that it was a two person job. Blamed AlDI for mistakes. Offered delivery date of a week later than what ALDI had previously confirmed.
Staff had appaling attitude on phone... shout out to Amelia!!! She should not be in a customer service roll EVER!!! Awful... Xtremely Dire People and joke of a company.
