Absolutely shocking if you are a business looking for a company to manage your deliveries then just don't - you will lose business hand over fist.
I have two identically hideous customer experiences from this shambolic outfit which will lead me to stop ordering items from companies who use them.
Horrendous customer service - it's a shame that I had to score them a 1 unfortunately this site doesn't offer a minus score.
