I had a delivery and they refused to bring it to my flat, they wanted me to come down and get a large item which I wouldn't be able to carry up 4 flights of stairs, I tried to explain my daughter was asleep the driver was shouting and had his girlfriend with him. They left with my item and when I called the office they were very unhelpful. I never got the item and was left very shaken by the whole experience.
