Where do I start! 5 times they promised to deliver my kids main Xmas present. Waited in each time. False tracking info. No explanation and told downright lies! That's if you can ever get through to them. Conmen must of made a fortune just through customers calling their premium 0843 number! Ruined my Xmas. Hope they go bust!!
