No show delivery twice now - although driver lied that attempt was made. Difficult to contact depot - engaged or doesn’t answer phone. Give you drivers mobile who doesn’t bother to answer or respond to messages.
Business model appears to be provide the cheapest courier and survive on a volume of consignments they can’t actually fulfill!
Simply put if you use XDP as your logistics partner I won’t put my business through you.
