I have never ever had such bad service and complete incompetence from a delivery company.
After trying to deliver my parcel 10 times they still couldn't find the address. It is not difficult to find and I had even previously sent in depth instructions (including a screenshot of the house on google maps!) on how to find it.
They will not even call you to ask where you are which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.
I am at my wits end....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DELIVERIES OR ANY COMPANY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM!!!
