After reading all these bad reviews I was very sceptical about this company. I shouldn't have been worried. I ordered my blind from make my blinds. I had an email stating xpd were going to deliver between 5.22 and 7.22. It was 5pm there was a knock at the door, I answered the door and who was it it xpd delivery driver. I was shocked he was very friendly and helpful, he see I had crutches and said do you want me to put the blind on the stairs, I said oh yes please so he did that and off he went. Only problem I had was he didn't get me to sign for the blind
