In future I'll avoid buying anything online where they use this mob for delivery. Awful experience. Phantom attempt at delivery, no evidence that they did. no card left to rearrange delivery. Tracking site gives no details to contact depot. General contact email that you get no reply from. Telephone number that's always engaged, or rings out, other numbers on website that don't work.
They different experience to other companies like dpd.
