Missing parcels for 3 weeks and the only way to deal with company is via webchat. No phone based customer service. After hour on line waiting (as was in queue) representatives response was not out problem talk to company you brought from and disconnected chat, no chance to even ask another question. Appalling service and hope never have to use again. Used by Aldi for large item delivery.
