Same story I’m afraid to state, seems they fail to take on board the negative comments. Due for overnight delivery, laying extra and it doesn’t come, initially they are responsive to the emails and then change the story to report they had got it wrong and in fact didn’t have. My order at all. Very strange as I had been tracking it off their site which clearly showed thy did have it and I copy and pasted this and sine then they are failing to reply !! Online chat is a. Joke, was 48 in a queue and at 5.30pm it stuck at being 18 in line. Still waiting on my order.... Feel we should be targeting the suppliers that continue to use this company,
