Why offer a two hour window if you aren't going to deliver in that two hour window?? People have stuff to do and places to be. If there was no delivery window then fair enough but when you give this two hour window people plan around that.
THEN when you finally deliver the box looks like its been run over! YOU HAVE ONE JOB! DELIVER GOODS ON TIME AND IN A GOOD CONDITION!
