Ordered an item from Wayfair which should have been delivered in 4 parcels. Only 3 arrived. Rang xdp to ask where the 4th was to be told it had been delivered and I had signed for it. I was not even in when the 3 parcels were left in my garage. Xdp were not i interested in that, they said I had signed for 4 parcels. They practically called me a liar and told me to have a good day!!! That was the end of the conversation. Following day - and hey - parcel found left on the van!!! Did they give me an apolgy = no chance! Another company then delivered it because they couldnt for another week. The new delivery man told me he wouldnt touch them with a barge pole. I have never encountered such unprofessional rude people. It has put me off ordering from wayfair as i do not want to deal with this shoddy armature company. Avoid at all costs.
