Unfortunately our experience is the same as a lot of customers here. 2 out of 3 parcels were delivered for a bed! All we got was a chuckle that the rail must be in the depot, erm... clearly cannot build a bed without the main frame. Not to mention the driver got defensive when I mentioned that 3 were shown as dispatched. Well, someone has to collect and scan properly instead of rushing out for a 2 or 3 hour drive away from depot without a thought attached to their action. Ridiculous!
